Welcome to The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas (“The Lounge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, app, events, courses, community platform, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Community Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all nurses.

By participating in The Lounge, you agree to:

Treat all members with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language.
Keep confidential discussions within the group unless granted permission to share.
Follow HIPAA and all patient privacy laws—no patient information or identifiers may be shared.
Use the platform to uplift and collaborate, not to sell or spam.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from The Lounge.

2. Membership Eligibility

The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas is intended for nurses, primarily within the state of Arkansas. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership based on eligibility and community alignment.

3. Paid Events, Memberships, and Courses

Some of our services may require payment, including events, premium memberships, and professional development workshops.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Event registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Missed events or sessions are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events. If canceled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content shared within The Lounge—including educational materials, workshops, images, logos, and written guides—is the property of The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas unless otherwise credited.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without express written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Partnerships

We may share content, discounts, and opportunities from trusted sponsors and partners. However, we are not responsible for the content, safety, or accuracy of third-party sites or services.

Use discretion when interacting with third-party links or offers.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected through our platform is protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data. By participating, you consent to receive communications from us, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
