Meet Sondra Hart, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Sondra is a powerhouse mental health nurse practitioner who embodies the spirit of mentorship, resilience, and community. After struggling to find a psych NP preceptor during school and having to pay out of pocket to complete her clinicals, Sondra turned her experience into fuel to uplift others. Her passion? Empowering nurses with knowledge and encouraging them to take charge of their mental and physical health.
Sondra reminds us:
“Don’t let one not so friendly nurse keep you from reaching out to other nurses.”
She’s now using her voice and expertise to connect, support, and motivate fellow nurses in Central Arkansas—and she’s doing it right here in The Nurses Lounge Central Arkansas.
Meet Mauzie Shelton, LPN, CDP
Mauzie is a licensed practical nurse with a powerful passion for memory care and uplifting the geriatric population. As she launches her new business, Heart & Mind Care Solutions, she’s on a mission to empower caregivers and families with the tools they need to support those living with dementia and chronic health conditions.
What does Mauzie love most about our community?
“The positivity and encouragement that comes from the founder and the community itself. Nurses supporting one another genuinely.”
Her advice to other nurses?
“Be open to advice and learning new or different ways to do things.”
Rolonda Rice, RN, BSN
Rolonda is an unrivaled force in the field of interventional cardiology and currently serves as a Clinical Services Manager in the Cardiac Cath/Electrophysiology/Structural Lab. Her purpose as a nurse is rooted in being a blessing to others—guiding patients through some of the most difficult times of their lives while also supporting her team.
“I enjoy overseeing the care of patients in our community and supporting my staff at the same time.”
Her advice to nurses searching for support?
“Get a mentor that believes in you… Never stop believing in yourself, and ASK QUESTIONS!”
Kesia Green, BSN, RN
Kesia Green is a dedicated community health nurse with a heart for hospice, home health, adolescent psych, and rehabilitation. Kesia joined The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas to connect with other nurses, share knowledge, and gain insights that fuel her passion for community care.
Outside of nursing, Kesia’s biggest joy is supporting her 13-year-old daughter, the founder of Chyler’s Creations—a youth-run small business creating handmade beaded and epoxy accessories! ![]()

Danielle Ford, ADN, RN
Danielle Ford is a passionate occupational health nurse making a major impact in Central Arkansas. As a talent development manager for a manufacturing company and the founder of Embrace Healthcare Solutions, Danielle provides CNA exam prep, CPR training, and RN oversight to assisted living and manufacturing employers.
She joined The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas to reconnect with former coworkers and build new relationships with nurses who are just as passionate about growth and purpose.

Chassity Woods, BSN, RN
Chassity Woods is a dedicated mental health nurse with a heart for advocacy, education, and bringing joy back to those navigating tough times. Whether she’s acting as a patient advocate or helping someone find their way back to “normal,” Chassity is passionate about using her skills to make a real difference.
She joined The Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas to branch out, connect, and collaborate with other nurses from every specialty—because together, we’re stronger.
