The 2026 Nurses Day at the Capitol unites nurses, APRNs, nurse faculty and nursing students to advocate for policies impacting nursing practice, education, and healthcare delivery. Attendees participate in educational sessions on key legislative priorities, receive advocacy training, and engage in scheduled meetings with their legislators at the State Capitol to amplify the nursing voice on issues like workforce support, safe staffing, and patient care access.
